Fundación Huntington Puerto Rico is eligible to receive annual donations under PR Act 20/22/60 & US Federal 501(c)(3)

  • Under Act 60, investors are required to donate at least $10,000 annually beginning in their second year of residency in Puerto Rico.
  • A portion of these donations may be directed to qualified Puerto Rico non-profit organizations supporting vulnerable communities across the island.
  • Donations must be completed by December 31st of each taxable year.

About Fundación Huntington Puerto Rico

Fundación Huntington Puerto Rico (FHPR) is the only organization in Puerto Rico exclusively dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Huntington’s disease (HD), a progressive hereditary neurological condition that impacts health, employment, economic stability, and multiple generations within the same family.

HD typically affects individuals during their peak working years, often resulting in loss of income, increased caregiving responsibilities, and growing financial vulnerability for entire households. These families are frequently exposed to long-term emotional, social, and economic hardship.
